3. Products & Product Information

Product images, colours, fabric details, measurements and specifications displayed on the website are indicative and may vary slightly due to:

Manufacturing variations
Dye-lot differences
Normal variations in fabric, size, weight or finish

GoZephyr may update, discontinue or modify product designs, colours, sizes or specifications from time to time.

Minor variations that are normal to the manufacturing process will not automatically constitute a product defect.

4. Dealer / Distributor Terms

Dealer and distributor appointments are subject to GoZephyr's approval and verification of relevant business credentials.

Minimum order quantities (MOQ), territory, pricing, credit terms, margins and other commercial conditions may vary by product, customer and business arrangement.

Such terms will be communicated separately and, where applicable, confirmed in writing.

If a separate written commercial agreement or order-specific agreement exists between GoZephyr and a customer, the specific agreement will prevail over these general website Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

GoZephyr reserves the right to suspend or terminate a dealer or distributor arrangement in accordance with the applicable commercial terms.

Dealers and distributors are expected to represent GoZephyr's products and brands accurately and professionally.

5. Pricing & Quotations

Prices displayed or communicated by GoZephyr may change based on product availability, market conditions, raw material costs, taxes, logistics costs or other commercial factors.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations issued by GoZephyr are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, unless expressly stated otherwise.

A quotation does not constitute a confirmed order.

The final applicable price will be the price confirmed by GoZephyr for the relevant order.

6. Orders & Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed only after written confirmation or acknowledgment from GoZephyr.

GoZephyr may require advance payment, deposit or other payment arrangements before processing or confirming certain orders.

Order acceptance and fulfilment remain subject to product availability, payment terms and other applicable commercial conditions.

If a requested product is unavailable or delayed, GoZephyr will communicate the relevant information to the buyer.

7. Credit & Payment Terms

Credit facilities, where offered, are subject to GoZephyr's approval and may be reviewed periodically.

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of quotation, order confirmation or invoicing.

Overdue amounts may attract applicable interest, late payment charges or other consequences as agreed in the relevant commercial arrangement.

GoZephyr may suspend future orders or credit facilities where payments remain overdue, subject to applicable contractual terms and law.

8. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines communicated by GoZephyr are estimates unless a specific delivery commitment has been agreed in writing.

Delivery may be affected by stock availability, logistics, destination, transportation conditions, governmental restrictions, natural events or other circumstances beyond GoZephyr's reasonable control.

Goods may be shipped through third-party logistics, courier or transportation partners.

Responsibility for loss, damage or risk during transportation will be determined in accordance with the applicable order, invoice, delivery terms or written commercial agreement.

Where no separate delivery terms have been agreed, GoZephyr will apply its standard commercial delivery terms.

9. Returns, Replacements & Product Issues

Returns or replacements may be considered for goods that are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, subject to GoZephyr's applicable return and replacement policy.

Any visible damage, shortage, incorrect item or other delivery-related issue should be reported as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery, together with supporting photographs, videos or other evidence.

Customized, branded, bulk or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return or replacement except where required by applicable law or where the product is proven to be defective or incorrectly supplied.

Normal variations in size, colour, shade, fabric texture, weight or finish arising from manufacturing or production processes may not constitute defects.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product names, designs, photographs, catalogues, graphics, text and other content appearing on the GoZephyr website are owned by or licensed to GoZephyr or the relevant rights holder.

No website content may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

The website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or services for convenience or reference.

Customers, dealers and distributors are responsible for providing accurate GST, business registration and invoicing information where required.

GoZephyr will not be responsible for tax, input tax credit or other consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the buyer.

14. Force Majeure

GoZephyr will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, strikes, transportation disruption, government restrictions, epidemics, war, civil disturbance, infrastructure failure or other similar events.

GoZephyr will take reasonable steps to communicate material delays arising from such circumstances.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.

Subject to applicable law and any specific written agreement between GoZephyr and a customer, disputes relating to these Terms or the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

16. Changes to These Terms

GoZephyr may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated Terms will be published on this website with the applicable effective date.

Continued use of the website after the updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
